I was in the market for not only a transmission rebuild but for a full break service and some fluid changes. I did my usual call around and as always, every place I called seemed so eager to rush me off the phone. I hate places that do that. Its just not right in my book. Then I called Lee Myles of Allentown. They were so curtious and professional on the phone that I knew I found the right place. I brought my truck down and let me tell you that the turnaround time was phenominal. I'm not very patient so this was a huge plus for me. They treated me like I was a customer with them for years(my family, friends and I will be dedicated customers going forward) I also like how they do almost every service you may need. Its so convenient to have a set shop you go to for everything. I honestly cant say enough about the customer service. It was top notch. The service on the truck was perfect as well. I highly reccomend you stop looking around and just get down to this shop. You won't be disappointed. A+++

Actual transmission service and mechanical ability seems real good but it is almost impossible to reach a human on the phone or get a call returned. Amazingly bad communications.

I was driving on Highway 78 near Allentown, PA, and I lost 4th gear on my 2004 Jeep Liberty. I checked Yelp for reputable transmission shops and found Lee Myles. The Jeep limped to the shop. Within a short time, Bill, the owner/manager, confirmed my suspicion and told me that it would be 3-5 days to re-build the transmission (which is fairly standard). I found a rental car place within walking distance, and left my Jeep in Bill's care. True to his word, he kept in touch with an estimate and progress updates. The Jeep was on the road again by the end of the week.Bill provided great service at a fair price. I strongly recommend the Allentown, PA, Lee Myles.
